Still Hungry
In this post, we read about Lucienne, a widow who lives with her two unmarried children in Baille Tourrible. Lucienne’s been a CLM member for almost a year, but she still isn’t really making te progress she’ll need to make to establish a reliable income before her time in the program is finished.
“It is too early to call [Lucienne's] . . . situation something as final sounding as a “failure,” but to call it anything less than that would seem to trivialize how difficult her life still is.”
She and her case manager have a plan, but her problems are very far from being solved.
